What principles, processes, attitudes and behaviors contribute to “Recruiting, Keeping and Motivating volunteers”?
Seminar content
In the three hour session we will discuss:
• The two main needs of volunteers.
• The “X” factor that makes good become exceptional.
• Six process steps in service that makes an organization a “preferred choice”
• Four skills necessary to provide better than “good” service.
• The steps that other organizations have taken to significantly improve the culture of service and their reputation.
